Our Services

Ceramic Ink

Ceramic inks offer a combination of durability and vibrancy. Available in a wide range of colors, once fired, ceramic inks fuse with the glass surface making the print extremely resistant to fading or wear.

UV Ink

UV inks cure directly to your bottle with ultraviolet light. They deliver sharp, photo quality graphics in rich and vibrant colors, making them an excellent choice for eye-catching branding and strong shelf appeal.

360 Degree Wrap Printing

360 degree wrap printing allows for full coverage decoration of the entire surface of a bottle, maximizing brand visibility from every angle.

Opaque Spray Coating

Opaque spray coating offers a rich, solid finish to the glass that completely conceals the surface underneath- delivering a bold brand impact.

Translucent Spray Coating

Add a bit of color to your glass! Translucent spray coatings enhance the visual appeal of your bottles while still allowing the product inside to be visible.

Spray Frost

Spray frost coatings create a frosted glass effect that adds an elegant tactile finish. Experiment with vignettes and gradients to make your bottles stand out of the shelf.

Precious Metal Inks

Precious metal inks such as gold, silver, and copper, add a luxurious reflective finish, ideal for premium branding.

Medallion Application

Consider the addition of a decorative medallion, often embossed and metallic, to bring dimension and tactile interest to your packaging.

Fine Detail Printing

Fine detail printing enables precise, intricate graphics and text to print clearly even at very small sizes. This is ideal for showcasing detailed patterns or regulatory information without sacrificing legibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Direct Screen Printing?

Direct screen printingutilizes a direct ink application method. Your bottle is securely held by its base and neck, while the ink is carefully passed through a screen and imprinted on the bottles surface. The ink is then cured to the bottle resulting in a permanent and durable design. Printing directly onto the bottle completely removes the need for paper or film labels that can easily tear, crease, become damp, or form bubbles.

What colors are available?

Designs can be printed using any Pantone color desired. Process printing is also possible when using UV inks. Other effects include precious metals, glow-in the dark, and raised lettering.

What are the order lead times?

Lead time is determined by the amount of orders we have in house. Different seasons and markets cause the lead times log to vary. For planning purposes, you should plan on 3 to 5 weeks from approved art. Your sales or customer service representative will have the latest information on our current schedule.

What is the price and what are the minimums?

Although we have no minimum order, it generally makes economic sense to run at least one pallet of bottles. Price is determined by a number of factors such as the quantity of containers, number of colors used, registration requirements, the size and shape of the container, the number of sides printed, and the use of precious metals like gold and silver. By supplying us with your design we can provide a quotation right away. Additionally, if you have a specific budget in mind, we can offer design guidelines to assist you.

Does Stanpac supply bottles?

The customer will need to supply the bottles to Stanpac. However, we work with many glass manufacturers and distributors that provide all sorts of glass containers both domestic and international. We can assist you in obtaining just what you need from one of these sources.

How do we get started?

Provide us with a sample of the bottle you will be printing your design on, as well as your complete vector based art work, ideally in Adobe Illustrator format. Artwork is typically supplied to us by email -or if the file is too large it can be uploaded to our FTP site. We will advise you of a price for the project and a target date for the job to be completed.

What about shipping?

Freight is handled in a number of ways. Your bottle distributor can deliver directly to Stanpac, we have our own trucking company that can arrange pick-up and delivery, or you can take care of the trucking yourself. Whatever is most convenient and economical for you.

What other services do you offer?

We’ve customized our service to cater to all print sizes, ranging from full truckloads to 1 pallet orders. We offer custom case/pallet assembly, along with repack services for customers that incorporate custom boxes. We can also assist with inventory/warehousing programs to support customers who are dealing with space limitations and specific ordering requirements.
