How Custom Paper Cup Printing Works
Step 1: Choose Your Paper Cup & Lid
Select the cup style, size, compatible lid and quantity per size.
Step 2: Choose a Printing Method
Select up to six-colour lithographic printing for detailed artwork, or up to three-colour flexographic printing for simpler designs. Submit your artwork using the correct template.
Step 3: Review and Approve Your Proofs
Stanpac prepares digital and hard-copy proofs for review and approval.
Step 4: Begin Production
Production begins after final artwork approval. Typical timing is approximately six weeks, depending on the product, volume and production schedule

Single Wall Paper Cups
A versatile, cost effective option for serving coffee, tea, hot chocolate and other hot beverages.
Our single wall cups are available in sizes 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz tall, 10oz squat, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz, 24oz- with a common lid fitting sizes 10oz squat, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz, 24oz.
Double Wall Paper Cups
Designed with an additional outer layer for greater insulation and a more comfortable hand feel. Testing shows that beverages remain up to 12% warmer after 60 minutes compared to our single wall cups, while the outside of the cup stays up to 20% cooler to the touch.
Available in 8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz, 20 oz and 24 oz sizes, with one common lid fitting the 12 oz through 24 oz cups.
T-Series Paper Cups
A versatile option designed for both hot and selected frozen beverages with optimized pallet & case counts.
Our T-Series cups can be paired with dome sip lids or clear high-dome lids, making them suitable for coffee, smoothies, milkshakes and floats.
