Products are in stock and ready to go. As soon as your payment is cleared we will ship your product, usually within two days. |

| Why do I have to provide my social security number or federal ID tax number? |
| |
Milk bottles and caps are shipped from Canada. US Customs requires one of these numbers for all shipments coming into the United States. |

| How long will it take to get my shipment? |
| |
Delivery will take a week or so to the east coast and up to 2 weeks for the west coast. |

| How are the bottles packed? |
| |
The bottles are packed in foam and/or bubble wrap in a corrugated box. |

Can my bottles be custom printed? |
| |
Order quantities of 1000 bottles or more can be printed. Please call or email customer service for a quote. |

| What if I need more bottles/caps than I see on your web site? |
| |

| Can you print ice cream containers and lids? |
| |
Yes. The minimum quantity for a custom print is 10,000 cups or lids. |

| Do I need a machine to put lids on the containers? |
| |
No. Caps and lids can be placed on the containers by hand, though dairy companies filling bottles and selling milk need a capping device. |
